Small systems, high efficiency — FA UNO assembly system
Our FA UNO assembly system impresses with a well-thought-out, cost-optimized design, which also pays off for smaller systems. Thanks to uniform components, as well as a simple and statically optimized design, assembly is completed quickly — without floor sealing.

Neudau: 11 MWp FA UNO for fast and economical PV projects
The FA UNO system is the ideal solution for anyone who wants to implement their projects more efficiently, quickly and economically. With a single-row construction and a reduced number of piles, you can optimize your resources and significantly reduce assembly times. Less effort, less risk — more efficiency and productivity for your project.

Optimize construction time with the Varista assembly system
With almost 21 MW, the PV system in Dobl-Zwaring, Austria, directly on the A2, is the largest project to date for which we were able to design, manufacture and deliver our FA DUO bifacial system. The sophisticated system minimizes shading on the back of the module and does not require module clamps. This reduces assembly time by 25% and lowers production costs. The solar park is the largest in Styria and will supply more than 6,000 households from Dobl and the surrounding area.

Solar park Italy: 10 MWp PV substructure with FA DUO bifacial
In Novoli, Italy, our new FA DUO bifacial system was successfully installed. The intelligent design reduces shading on the back of the module to a minimum and thus enables a higher energy yield. Developed and manufactured in Germany, the system is specifically designed for large-scale photovoltaic projects in the megawatt range. The 10 MWp solar project in southern Italy will install around 5,300 posts. Because of the special soil conditions, we have opted for a foundation method involving drilling and backfilling — for maximum stability and long-term reliability. In doing so, we are setting another example in Italy for sustainable energy generation through photovoltaics and showing how our substructures are convincing even for demanding projects.

Large-scale PV system at Schwechat Airport — reliable substructure
In Schwechat, Austria, we built a sophisticated ground-mounted photovoltaic system in 2022. The particular challenge was the combination of a high module inclination of 30 degrees and the comparatively heavy snow and wind loads. In order to ensure the required stability, we opted for a deep frame of the substructure. Three rows of modules were installed in vertical orientation, which achieved an impressive installation height of 4 meters. In doing so, we are once again showing how our PV substructures offer reliable solutions for major photovoltaic projects in Austria even under challenging conditions.

Westendorf PV substructure — efficient and economical
In Westendorf, we have built a 5 megawatt photovoltaic system with an easy-to-assemble substructure. Thanks to the single-row construction, site maintenance is easy. The construction is versatile: clamps can be screwed both from above and from below, and the system is universally suitable for all module dimensions. By optimizing for a minimum number of piles, the system offers a stable and at the same time economical solution. The project in Westendorf thus shows how large PV systems can be implemented efficiently, durably and with little maintenance.
